The Australian Government has expanded the eligibility for the Home Guarantee Scheme

Did you know the federal government has expanded its Home Guarantee Scheme eligibility from July 1st?

Some key changes are that permanent residents are now eligible to apply for the First Home Guarantee, the Regional First Home Buyer Guarantee & the Family Home Guarantee.

First Home and Regional First Home Buyer Guarantees can now include joint applications from friends, siblings & other family members, and include applications from non-first home buyers who haven't owned a property in 10 years.

Family Home Guarantee - We’ll be able to assist eligible legal guardians under the expanded eligibility criteria. This means single legal guardians will be able to apply under the Family Home Guarantee ensuring they have an eligible dependent under their care.Aunts, uncles, or grandparents are some examples.

If you're a first home buyer find out how this can help you.
